1. Kimiz

Bu politika, Fotogurme web sitesi (www.fotogurme.com) ve Fotogurme mobil uygulaması için geçerlidir. Hizmeti kullanarak kişisel verilerinizin aşağıda açıklandığı şekilde işlenmesini kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap: Google veya Apple ile girişte e-posta, ad ve sağlayıcı kullanıcı kimliği; seçtiğiniz kullanıcı adı; isteğe bağlı profil fotoğrafı ve sosyal bağlantılar (Instagram, X, Pexels). Doğum tarihi veya yaş bilgisi toplamıyoruz; giriş sağlayıcıları da bunu bize vermez.
• İçerik: Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar, açıklamalar, konum bilgisi (fotoğrafın haritadaki yeri), rotalar ve etkileşimler (beğeni, görüntülenme, rapor).
• Konum: Haritayı kullanırken veya fotoğraf yüklerken, izninizle cihaz konumunuz. Konum zorunlu değildir; haritayı giriş yapmadan da gezebilirsiniz.
• Teknik: Oturum doğrulama (çerez veya erişim jetonu). Harita için cihazınız Carto’dan genel karo görselleri indirir; hesap, e-posta veya fotoğraf gönderilmez. Web sitesinde Google Analytics ve Google Ads etiketleri kullanılabilir.

Mobil uygulamada reklam veya üçüncü taraf izleme SDK’sı kullanmıyoruz.

3. Neden kullanıyoruz

• Hesap oluşturmak, oturum açmak ve profilinizi göstermek
• Fotoğraf ve rotaları haritada yayınlamak, skor tablosunu işletmek
• Sahte / uygunsuz içeriği incelemek (rapor ve dolandırıcılık kontrolü)
• Hizmeti güvenli tutmak, hataları gidermek ve yasal yükümlülüklere uymak
• Web’de (yalnızca site) kullanımı anlamak ve ölçmek

Verilerinizi satmıyoruz.

4. Kimlerle paylaşırız

• Google: Giriş (OAuth). Web’de ayrıca Analytics / Ads.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple (yalnızca mobil uygulama).
• Altyapı: Hosting, CDN ve depolama (ör. Cloudflare) hizmetin çalışması için.
• Yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili makamlar.

5. Saklama, içerik silme ve hesap silme

Hesabınız durduğu sürece verileriniz saklanır. Hesabı silmeden tek tek içeriklerinizi de silebilirsiniz:

• Fotoğraf silme: Profil → çevir → düzenle → çekimi seç → Fotoğrafı sil. Seçilen fotoğraf kalıcı olarak kaldırılır; hesap ve diğer içerikleriniz durur.
• Rota silme: Profil → çevir → düzenle → rotayı seç → Rotayı sil. Seçilen rota kalıcı olarak kaldırılır; hesap ve diğer içerikleriniz durur.

Hesabın tamamını uygulama içinde silebilirsiniz: Profil → çevir → düzenle → Hesabı sil.

Hesap silme talebi hesabınızı, fotoğraflarınızı, rotalarınızı, istatistiklerinizi ve profilinizi kalıcı olarak kaldırır. Dünya haritası karoları bir sonraki günlük üretimde güncellenir. Yasal olarak tutmak zorunda olduğumuz kayıtlar (ör. silme talep kaydı) sınırlı süre saklanabilir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız fotoğraf, rota veya hesap silme talebini [email protected] adresine yazabilirsiniz.

6. İzinler (mobil)

• Konum: Yakın içerik ve fotoğrafı haritaya yerleştirme
• Kamera / galeri: Fotoğraf çekme veya seçme

İzinleri cihaz ayarlarından geri alabilirsiniz. İzin vermeden haritayı gezmeye devam edebilirsiniz.

7. Haklarınız

KVKK ve benzeri mevzuat kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarınız vardır. Talepleriniz için [email protected].

8. Yaş

Yaş veya doğum tarihi sormuyoruz. Google (veya Apple) ile girişte de yaş bilgisi gelmez; bu yüzden yaş doğrulaması veya yaşa göre kısıtlama yapmıyoruz. Hizmet genel kitleye açıktır.

Bir hesabın çocuğa ait olduğunu bize bildirirseniz ([email protected]) hesabı sileriz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu metni güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri bu sayfada yayınlarız. Güncel sürüm her zaman fotogurme.com/privacy adresindedir.

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the Fotogurme website (www.fotogurme.com) and the Fotogurme mobile app. By using the service you agree to the processing described below.

2. Data we collect

• Account: When you sign in with Google or Apple: email, name and provider user ID; the username you choose; optional profile photo and social links (Instagram, X, Pexels). We do not collect date of birth or age; sign-in providers do not give us that either.
• User content: Photos you upload, captions, photo location on the map, routes, and interactions (likes, views, reports).
• Location: With your permission, device location while using the map or uploading. Location is optional; you can browse the map without signing in.
• Technical: Session auth (cookies or access token). For the map, your device downloads public tile images from Carto; we do not send account, email or photos. On the website we may use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags.

The mobile app does not use advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.

3. Why we use it

• Create accounts, sign you in, and show your profile
• Publish photos and routes on the map and run the scoreboard
• Review fake or objectionable content (reports and fraud checks)
• Keep the service secure, fix issues, and meet legal duties
• On the website only: understand and measure usage

We do not sell your data.

4. Who we share with

• Google: Sign-in (OAuth). On the web, also Analytics / Ads.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple (mobile app only).
• Infrastructure: Hosting, CDN and storage (e.g. Cloudflare) to run the service.
• Authorities when legally required.

5. Retention, content deletion, and account deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can also delete individual content without deleting your account:

• Delete a photo: Profile → flip → edit → select the shot → Delete photo. That photo is permanently removed; your account and other content stay.
• Delete a route: Profile → flip → edit → select the route → Delete route. That route is permanently removed; your account and other content stay.

You can delete your entire account in the app: Profile → flip → edit → Delete account.

Account deletion permanently removes your account, photos, routes, stats and profile. World-map tiles update on the next daily build. Limited records we must keep by law (e.g. the deletion request itself) may be retained for a short period.

If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] to request photo, route, or account deletion.

6. Mobile permissions

• Location: Nearby content and placing a photo on the map
• Camera / photo library: Capture or choose photos

You can revoke permissions in device settings. You can still browse the map without granting them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including KVKK in Türkiye), you may access, correct, delete or object to processing of your data. Contact [email protected].

8. Age

We do not ask for age or date of birth. Google (or Apple) sign-in does not provide age either, so we do not verify age or restrict features by age. The service is open to a general audience.

If you tell us an account belongs to a child ([email protected]), we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here. The current version is always at fotogurme.com/privacy.
