Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Fotogurme web sitesi (www.fotogurme.com) ve Fotogurme mobil uygulaması için geçerlidir. Hesap oluşturarak veya giriş yaparak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Hizmet

Fotogurme; dünya haritasında fotoğraf ve rotaları keşfetmenizi, kendi fotoğraflarınızı yüklemenizi, rota oluşturmanızı ve içerikle etkileşime girmenizi (ör. beğeni, rapor) sağlar. Bazı özellikler Google veya Apple ile giriş gerektirir.

3. Kullanıcı içeriği

Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar, rotalar, açıklamalar, profil bilgileri ve diğer içeriklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yalnızca paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğunuz içerikleri yükleyin.

Şunları paylaşmamayı kabul edersiniz:

• Yasa dışı, tehdit, taciz, nefret veya istismar içeren içerik
• Cinsel açıdan açık, sömürücü veya başka şekilde uygunsuz içerik
• Spam, dolandırıcılık, zararlı yazılım veya yanıltıcı içerik
• Başkasının telif, marka, gizlilik veya diğer haklarını ihlal eden içerik
• Başkasını taklit etme veya hizmeti bozma amaçlı içerik

İçerik yükleyerek, harita ve ilgili özellikleri işletmek için Fotogurme’ye içeriği barındırma, gösterme ve dağıtma konusunda münhasır olmayan bir lisans verirsiniz.

4. Raporlama ve engelleme

Uygunsuz içerik görürseniz uygulamadaki Bildir / Report özelliğini kullanın; içeriği inceleriz.

Başka bir kullanıcıyı profilinden engelleyebilirsiniz. Engelleme, o kişinin fotoğraf ve rotalarını akışınızdan ve haritanızdan hemen gizler. Engeli daha sonra “Engelleri yönet” bölümünden kaldırabilirsiniz.

Raporları inceleriz; bu Koşulları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabilir veya hesapları kısıtlayabiliriz.

5. Moderasyon

Bu Koşulları ihlal eden veya kullanıcıları / hizmeti zarara uğratan içerikleri kaldırabilir, özellikleri kısıtlayabilir, hesapları askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz — kullanıcıları korumak gerektiğinde önceden haber vermeden de.

6. Hesaplar

Hesabınızı güvende tutun; erişimi paylaşmayın. Hesabı uygulama içinde silebilirsiniz: Profil → çevir → düzenle → Hesabı sil, veya [email protected] adresine yazın.

7. Sorumluluk reddi

Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Harita karoları, sıralamalar ve topluluk içeriği değişebilir. Yasanın zorunlu kıldığı haller dışında; üçüncü taraf giriş sağlayıcılarından veya diğer kullanıcıların içeriklerinden sorumlu değiliz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman fotogurme.com/terms adresindedir. Değişikliklerden sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

These Terms of Use apply to the Fotogurme website (www.fotogurme.com) and the Fotogurme mobile app. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Fotogurme lets people explore a world map of photos and routes, upload their own photos, create routes, and interact with content (for example likes and reports). Some features require signing in with Google or Apple.

3. User-generated content

You are responsible for the photos, routes, captions, profile information, and other content you submit. You must only upload content you have the right to share.

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, or abusive
• Sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable
• Spam, scams, malware, or misleading
• Infringing someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
• Intended to impersonate others or disrupt the service

By uploading content, you grant Fotogurme a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the map and related features.

4. Reporting and blocking

If you see objectionable content, use the in-app Report action so we can review it.

You can also block another user from their profile. Blocking immediately hides that person’s photos and routes from your feed and map. You can unblock them later from Manage blocks.

We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Moderation

We may remove or refuse content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or harm other users or the service—with or without prior notice when needed to protect users.

6. Accounts

Keep your account secure. Do not share access. You may delete your account in the app: Profile → flip → edit → Delete account, or email [email protected].

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Map tiles, rankings, and community content may change. We are not responsible for third-party sign-in providers or content posted by other users, except where the law requires.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always at fotogurme.com/terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
